1. Return Policy
Since most of our veils are made to custom order, we can not accept any returns other than a item damaged in the shipping process. To insure the highest quality, we fully inspect each and every item before shipping. All items are carefully packed, guarantying save shipping.
In the rare event a item is damaged in transit from our warehouse to a customers location, we accept returns. Customer is responsible for requesting and obtaining a return authorization, than properly return the damaged item to our warehouse within five (5) days after receipt. If we find that item appears to have been not damaged during shipping but rather through un-proper handling by customer, no refund will be made.

2. Backorder Policy
Item which are temporary sold out, will be placed on backorder. Generally, they will become available within about 10 working days after your order is placed. We will contact you - preferably by E-mail - within 48 hours, if a item is not right then available. But you must provide us with your E-mail address. If you placed a order with several items and in the event, one or more of them are going to be on a backorder, we will hold the available items until the backorder is filled and ship everything in one shipment. If you prefer and advise us to that fact, to have available items shipped immediately and ship the backorder later, we will charge shipping charges to each parcel.

3. Shipping Policies
Standard orders will be send out within 5 to 10 business days from the date of the order. Custom made orders are send out normally within 10 business days. If your order contains more than 1 item and a particular item is on backorder, the entire order will ship when the item on backorder is available. If otherwise advised by you, to ship each item separately, each shipment incurs a shippingfee of $7.50. If item is $85.00 or more. shipping is FREE. All orders are shipped USPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes - therefor, provide us with your physical address: street, city, state and zipcode.

4. Damaged Goods Policy
All our merchandise is carefully inspected for damages or other flaws. However, in the rare occasion that you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt for full replacement or a refund. We will issue a return authorization and the return parcel must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of damaged goods.

5. Add Order Policy
All of our orders are put into production within 24 hours. Therefor, if you want or need to add a item to an existing order, you need to go to that item on our website www.bridalveilsandjewelry.com and place a new order for the item you want added.

6. Change Order Policy
If and when a change is needed on a existing order (change color, edging, beading etc.), you must notify your change request to us within 24 hours after placing the original order. This is due to the fact, that all our orders are put into production within 24 hours. Ones a item is in production, we can not accept any changes. We only accept change requests by e-mail, go to bridalveils@bellsouth.net. Each time an order is changed, there will be an additional $12.00 fee.

7. Cancellation Order Policy
An order can only be canceled within 24 hours and if it does not include a special order item (example: custom designed veil). The fee for cancellation is $12.00.

8. Special Collection Policy
Because all of our Bridal Headbands, Hats and matching Veils in our Special Collection series are custom made, we can not accept any returns or exchanges. Cancellation can only be made within 48 hours after placing the order and has to be made by e-mail. NO cancellation will be accepted by phone.
The Sea Shell headband may look fragile, never-the-less they are crafted in a manner to easily withstand normal handling. Excessive and rough handling may damage the sea shells. In the event this happens, customer may return at their expense - shipping both ways and coast of repair - the damaged item.
We take extreme care of inspecting and packaging each piece, before it is shipped via UPS.
Since each Headband is made to order, it takes between 5 to 6 weeks before that order will be shipped to you. A Rush order will be considered: you must send us a e-mail request and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
