1. Return Policy
To insure the highest quality, we fully inspect each and every item before shipping. Because these items can be easily damaged by repeated handling there are no warranties that apply for any reason beyond 5 working days of receipt. Once you have received your order you have 5 days to look it over and decide if you wish to keep it. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the date they were delivered to you. This does not mean that it has to reach us within 5 days. It just needs to be postmarked within that time frame. Items returned to us with a postmark later than 5 days after delivery to you will not be accepted for refund. Please open your shipment immediately! We go to great lengths to pack your order securely, and we ask that you package them with the same amount of care with which they were mailed to you. We suggest that you insure them for loss or damage by the carrier as we cannot give you a refund if it arrives damaged in any way. Items returned will incur a 25% restocking charge, except if merchandise is returned because of damage and you received a return authorization number. Shipping charges for the initial delivery and for the return will not be refunded except in the case of replacement due to defect. We will replace any item that is found to be defective with an identical item provided we are notified within 5 days of delivery to you. After 5 days we will no longer be responsible for defects found. Please inspect your item carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns on all custom designed veils.

2. Backorder Policy
Item which are temporary sold out, will be placed on backorder. Generally, they will become available within about 10 working days after your order is placed. We will contact you - preferably by E-mail - within 48 hours, if a item is not right then available. But you must provide us with your E-mail address. If you placed a order with several items and in the event, one or more of them are going to be on a backorder, we will hold the available items until the backorder is filled and ship everything in one shipment. If you prefer and advise us to that fact, to have available items shipped immediately and ship the backorder later, we will charge shipping charges to each parcel.

3. Shipping Policies
Standard orders will be send out within 5 to 10 business days from the date of the order. Custom made orders are send out normally within 10 business days. If your order contains more than 1 item and a particular item is on backorder, the entire order will ship when the item on backorder is available. If  otherwise advised by you, to ship each item separately, each shipment incurs a shippingfee of $7.50. If item is $85.00 or more. shipping is FREE.    All orders are shipped USPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes - therefor, provide us with your physical address: street, city, state and zipcode.

4. Damaged Goods Policy
All our merchandise is carefully inspected for damages or other flaws. However, in the rare occasion that you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt for full replacement or a refund. We will issue a return authorization and the return parcel must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of damaged goods.

5. Add Order Policy
When an item is addred to an order, the ship date will change. We will give you a new ship date within 24 to 48 hours. Each time the order is added to, there will be an additional $12.00 fee.

6. Change Order Policy
When a change is needed on an order, the ship date will change. We will give you a new ship date within 24 to 48 hours. Each time an order is changed, there will be an additional $12.00 fee.

7. Cancellation Order Policy
An order can only be canceled within 24 hours and if it does not include a special order item (example: custom designed veil). The fee for cancellation is $12.00.
